This fast and super delicious Kimchi recipe delivers a spicy kick and immense flavour. Your taste buds will be like fireworks!
5-6 cups of loosely packed raw and fresh Napa Cabbage (finely cut) or (roughly chopped) Bok Choy
1 cup of fresh raw Bean Sprouts (optional)
1-2 Tablespoons of Chili Paste, depending on how much spicy you prefer
1 Teaspoon of sesame oil
¼ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Tamari
1. Place fresh veggies in a large bowl
2. Whisk and mix all the other ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour over veggies
3. Mix and toss salad then serve!
