This healthy blueberry cobbler smoothie is packed with antioxidants from fresh or frozen blueberries, healthy fats from flax, and protein from Greek yogurt. It’s the perfect on-the-go break- fast to pump you with energy for the day.
- 1⁄4 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp maple syrup or to taste 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Add everything to a blender and process until smooth. Divide between two tall glasses and enjoy!
